In order to ensure the quality service we offer, a refund policy is among the most important things that our company has put in place. In fact, the refund policy is one of our greatest strengths; it acts as a great reassurance to both new and existing customers who are also looking for evidence of how serious we are about providing nothing but top-notch service.

If you’re still hesitant about outsourcing your business processes to us, a refund policy will surely lift those fears off your chest. Refund policy offers you peace of mind; knowing that if you’re not completely satisfied with the results from our services, you’ll get all your money back without any questions asked!

Our refund policy is simple to understand. Anything that we have done for you from our end shall be eligible for a refund policy. The refund policy only applies if you’re not satisfied with our service, and in case you are looking for a refund due to this reason; refund requests must be submitted no later than 7 days after the project has been completed by us. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your refund request.

Since we have a refund policy put in place, we cannot change any part of it nor can we offer extensions or exceptions to the refund policy depending on individual cases. This is because the refund policy is a core policy upon which all other company policies stand strong! All of us at Entirety Ventures are very proud of the refund policy, and we would like to thank you for being a customer who has been taking advantage of the refund policy time and again!

If you have any concerns regarding our services, please let us know within 30 days of the next due date. We will be glad to cancel your project and refund the money you paid towards it so far if we fail to deliver within 15 days. However, we are not obliged to provide a refund for additional work done or extra hours billed beyond the initial agreement.

Our intention is not only to satisfy but also exceed your expectations by providing customer service at its best. Therefore, before posting a negative review about us, please contact us first so that we can solve the problem and earn your trust once again. Please consult with us over rude salesmen who contacted you via phone or email and did not listen to you before taking up their job assignments.

In case you agree with our refund policy and want to proceed with your order, kindly sign the agreement document (Service Agreement) after reading it carefully first.
